Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the pricing will be prorated. For downgrades, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your QR codes remain active until the end of your billing period. After that they are deactivated, and your data is kept for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate before being deleted automatically. If you instead close your account yourself from account settings, your data is deleted right away and cannot be recovered.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or account termination. If you have a question about a charge, contact our support team.
